Terms and Conditions

Making Your Reservation

Cancel for any reason insurance has to be purchased with deposit and cannot be added later. If you make a reservation without deposit, make sure you make your deposit on the stated due date by close of business to safely secure your booking.

Payments may be made online with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.

If paying by check, money order, or certified check please make payable to Honeymoons, Inc. and mail or express payment to:

Honeymoons, Inc.
6030 River Road
Flowery Branch, GA 30542
(770) 831-1800

Late payments will incur a $75 fee. Final payment is always due no later than 45 days prior to scheduled departure date. Some early booking promotions will require final payment more than 45 days prior to your scheduled departure date.

We strongly suggest adherence to the payment dates to avoid cancellation of space.

Once payment has been received, a revision fee of $50 will be due per booking each time changes are made to a reservation to cover administrative costs. If a revision requires re-issuance of an airline ticket, a minimum of $250 per ticket will be due in addition to the revision fee. This is the policy of the airline, not Honeymoons, Inc. Airline ticket revisions and hotel revisions are always subject to fare increases also. Certain airfares do not allow changes of any nature.

In the event airlines require the tour operator to issue a ticket to preserve the current airfare, payment or ticket issuance may be required in advance.

To minimize penalties, please advise us immediately in writing should you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation. In this event, you will receive a full refund less the following charges:

Days prior to departure
46 days or more
$100 per person + any additional supplier fees

45 to 22 days
$175 per person + any additional supplier fees

21 to 0 days
$225 per person + any additional supplier fees
Supplier fees refer to any additional penalties charged by the airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, cruise lines, or any companies providing additional services.

Penalties are most severe on published airfares, holiday packages, peak periods, and special promotional sales.

In the event airlines require the tour operator to issue a ticket to preserve the current airfare, payment or ticket issuance may be required in advance.

Wedding deposits, group contract travel and other special payments are subject to their own cancellation penalties. Most are non-refundable. Please make sure you understand the cancellation and revision policies applicable to these special reservations.

Duplicate reservations may result in cancellation of all space and can incur fees.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Insurance is 100% non-refundable once purchased. Cost and coverage of the travel insurance varies greatly from one tour operator to another. You can also purchase insurance that is independent of the tour operators. Please consult one of our agents for details on plans available to you.

Documents Required for Travel

Passports are now required for international travel. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please contact the appropriate Consulate. No refunds are issued for costs associated with your failure to bring proper documentation.

Most airlines now charge passengers to travel with checked bags. Please ask your agent, or you can visit your carrier’s website.

Aircraft, Flight Changes, and Delays

Passengers are subject to the ticket terms and tariffs of the airlines, which when issued, shall be the sole contract between the airline and the passenger.

Note:  Prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment for your air-inclusive tour. Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increased government-imposed taxes or fees.
